This CD is a tool to be used, not just a group of songs. Lauren Pomerantz wrote this Ho'oponopono song to assist in balancing ourselves, which means to go from a state of feeling upset, back to a state of peacefulness or acceptance. It is inspired by the Hawaiian tradition of protecting and healing the 'unihipili', the inner child, embracing one's own thoughts, emotions, and events in the world as we live them.
The CD assists in creating peace/balance with 1) the self with others 2) the self with the male and female aspect, the doing and non-doing the yin and the yang. 3) the Child within, the Mother aspect, and also the Father aspect. This is akin to the subconscious, conscious, and supra conscious.
